There
are no interruptions of electricity supply for
any scheduled maintenance works. In case of
breakdowns, the Undertaking has provided 3
levels of electricity supply restoration
Centres.
In
case individual consumers are affected, the
consumer has to contact respective Fuse Control.
If the entire building or part of the building
is affected, he has to contact fault Control
Centre and for faults affecting larger areas, he
has to contact System Controls.
In
case Street Lamps are Off, the public may refer
the complaints either at Fault Control Centre
for group of lamps being Off. This centre
operates for all 24 hours. In case of individual
lamp OFF complaints the public may contact
Street Lighting departments during office hours
on the telephone nos. given below.
Average time to attend fuse message is 35
minutes.
