Documents required for claiming the mobiles:

1. ID and residential address proof of Mumbai / Suburban viz. Adhar Card, Election Card, Driving Licence, Passport etc.

2. Cash Memo / Bill of Mobile OR

3. Letter from Service provider or on production of Sim card details OR

4. Police N.C.


"The Mobile will be issued to the claimant only after due verification of the documents required to be submitted"

Documents required for claiming the "only Cash" & Valuable Articles (i.e. Gold, Silver, Pearls, Moti, Diamond)

1. ID and Residential Address Proof of Mumbai / Suburban (viz. Adhar Card, Election Card, Driving Licence, Passport, etc.) &

2. Police N.C. / F.I.R. OR

3. Cash Memo / Bill of Valuable Articles
